Do I need a referral?

No you don’t.  If you have concerns about your child's development, please get in touch directly for an initial chat.  From there you may decide to arrange assessment and therapy.

What can we help with?

Can I get rebates from Medicare or my private health insurance?

We are registered with both Medicare and private health funds. We also accept Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referrals from your General Practitioner (GP) and can see self-managed and agency-managed National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients.

What do I need for telehealth?

Not much, it is very easy to set up. All you need is:

• A laptop or tablet with a camera
• A stable internet connection
• An email address
• Printer access (not essential)

Is there anything I can do while I’m waiting for an appointment?

The short answer is yes - a lot!  Once you get in touch and we understand your areas of concern, we can advise you about some simple strategies you can implement at home to help your child, and provide you with advice about the best way to access funding for services, if eligible.
